My Story

My Journey: From Playgrounds to Entrepreneurship

I was born in Latvia, and my childhood was filled with energy, laughter, and endless outdoor adventures with friends. Football was my first passion—I played it until I was twelve. But even then, I had my first real insight into the power of the mind.

In every crucial moment on the field, a single thought would flash through my mind. It was quick, almost invisible, yet it shaped whether I won or lost. Once I learned to control and redirect that thought, my results changed. That moment taught me a truth I still live by: success begins in the mind.

My father was my first role model. Strong, calm, and kind—he could take on anything, even without experience. His mindset left a mark on me. Because of him, I grew up believing: I can figure anything out.

As I got older, football took a backseat. I became fascinated with growing both my mind and body. I studied Commerce and taught myself marketing on the side. But everything changed after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. That book shifted my beliefs about money and work forever. I realized financial freedom wasn’t about working harder—it was about working smarter.

At 14, I got my first job mowing lawns. It wasn’t glamorous, but it showed me the value of effort and earning. By 16, I had caught the spark of entrepreneurship. My first project? A Beatbox School. It failed fast—but I didn’t. Every failure was fuel. I kept moving forward, learning, adapting, and building.

Today, my biggest motivation is my family—and helping others succeed. In business, I rely on creativity, persistence, and teamwork. I believe in slow thinking, fast action. My values—growth, boldness, impact, kindness, contribution, and cooperation—guide every move I make.

Looking ahead, my vision is clear: to build a network of tea shops across Europe—spaces where people can connect, reflect, and grow. But beyond business, I want to leave a legacy: a community of mindful, healthy individuals inspired to chase their own version of success.

If I could give one piece of advice to my younger self, it would be this:
Let go of doubt. Ignore the noise. Focus on one thing—and go all in.
